Step inside the LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Chicago and you will think you have just jumped into the world's biggest box of LEGO®. The 30,000 square foot indoor attraction, located in Schaumburg's Streets of Woodfield, is geard to families with children age 2 to 12 years old.
Learn LEGO® building secrets from the Master Model Builder, feel a part of the story in the 4D cinema, ride the dragon through the medieval LEGO castle, see iconic downwtown Chicago landmarks in MINILAN®, pedal to the skies on the Technicycle, and build and test your own LEGO creations! Other highlights include a DUPLO soft play area for younger children, LEGO construction challenges, a LEGO cafe, and a full LEGO store.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.
Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

One Brick at a Time! Join Mr Brick a Brack and learn exactly how LEGO bricks are made - from the raw materials to the perfect finished product. See close-ups of all the manufacturing stages, with machines, animated workers and sound effects. And learn how to make even greater things next time you're building!
4D Cinema
Watch exciting films! Enjoy the thrill of LEGOLAND's medieval adventure film, full of eye-popping, mind-boggling 3D special effects in amazing 4D that keeps you on the edge of your seat!
Go right into the heart of the action with 'Spellbreaker 4D' and join our hero, the clever Blacksmith, as he uses his wit and bravery to rescue the princess - then battle against the vile wizard and his scary skeleton army.
Dragon Ride
Journey through dungeons with dragons! Climb aboard the giant green dragon for a journey of twists and turns through our medieval castle. Watch out for the moving LEGO models - drunken monks, cooking in the kitchen and watch the royal banquet.
Adventure Trail
Blaze a trail! Get your trekking boots on for your quest through the jungle with our Johnny Thunder. Meet the curious characters and creatures along the way and take the quiz card challenge competition.
Miniland
See the smallest house in the room! Think small - see Chicago in miniature - and perfect in every detail. Made from nearly 1.5 million LEGO bricks, you'll enjoy a day in the life of the city and its inhabitants
The smallest model in Miniland is a squirrel, with just four LEGO bricks! The Sears Tower used 190,000 bricks and weighs over 200 pounds!
Build and Test
Do-it-Yourself! Use your imagination and get creative with thousands of LEGO bricks in the Build and Test Centre! All ages welcome!
Model Builders Workshop
Roll up your sleeves in the Model Builders Workshop! See the wonders that can be created with LEGO by taking time out with our Model Builder. With hands-on tuition from the best in the business you'll be able to create almost anything imaginable - and get a special - Master Model Builder' certificate. You can also buy your model and take it home, if you like.
Hall of Fame
Join the heroes! Enjoy the red carpet treatment and find out what it's like to be a hero. In the Hall of Heroes you'll come face-to-face with the greatest heroes of all time - Batman, Indiana Jones, Darth Vader and many more. You'll be amazed at their size!
Don't forget to take your photo next to your favorite hero!
Soft Play
Get a piece of the action! Let off steam in the Soft Play zone! Big, bright and welcoming, it's set in the center of the LEGOLAND complex and perfectly placed for you to go wild in safety where the grown-ups can see you. You'll have a great time letting off steam, clambering over the colorful jungle gym and braving the heights of the climbing wall. Whatever your age, you'll have a whale of a time - it's excitement, entertainment and exercise all rolled into one!
Lego Cafe
When it all gets too much after a hard day's play, why not have a cup of tea and a break!
Choose from our great selection of hot and cold food and drinks for the entire family.
Lego Store
You don't need to visit the attraction to come to the LEGO® store, but its more fun that way!
